Message from the Academic Health Centers

You can now schedule appointments to meet with our medical providers via TeleHealth (virtual medical appointments). Our medical team is ready and available to help you schedule your medical appointments as well as provide you with the steps you need to take to ensure your visit is easy to access and navigate.

Medical Services being provided via TeleHealth appointments are: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Sports Medicine, and EDS.

1. Please call our office at either of our Centers to schedule your appointment:

2. You will be asked to provide some initial information and your email address so that we can enable your access to the patient portal.
3. Once you have set up your appointment, please follow the instructions on our forms / patient resources page on how to participate in the telehealth appointment at your designated scheduled date and time.
